Overnight Mayor Island & Mōtītī Island Fishing Charter
Experience the ultimate overnight fishing adventure with our extended charter to the waters surrounding Mayor Island (Tūhua) and Mōtītī Island.
Departing in the morning, we head offshore to some of the Bay of Plenty’s most productive fishing grounds, spending the day targeting a variety of prized species including snapper, kingfish, bluenose, hapuku, trevally, and other seasonal catches.
As evening approaches, we’ll anchor in a sheltered location for the night, giving guests the unique opportunity to continue fishing under the stars. Whether you choose to drop a bait over the side, chase a trophy fish in the quiet of the evening, or simply relax and enjoy the atmosphere, the overnight experience offers something special for every angler.
After a comfortable night aboard, we’ll be back on the fishing grounds at first light, taking advantage of the productive morning bite before continuing to fish throughout the day. With plenty of time on the water, you’ll have the best chance to experience a wide range of fishing techniques and target species.
In the afternoon, we’ll begin the journey home, arriving back in the evening with great memories, plenty of fishing stories, and hopefully a healthy catch to take home.
