About Tony (TK)

Tony (TK) Walker is a 3rd generation fisherman from Whangamata with 45 years experience fishing the offshore grounds around New Zealand as both a commercial and charter skipper.

TK’s background in deep-sea longlining and tuna/Swordfish longlining has given TK a unique knowledge of the seamounts and canyons around New Zealands coastline. TK has fished extensively around the 3 Kings, Great Barrier Island and East Cape regions and has the areas totally mapped in 3D on his Timezero Plotting system.

With decade’s of experience under his belt TK enjoys sharing the knowledge with fellow fishers and ensuring they get the best experience they can while targeting their dream fish.
